Our trainings facilitate in deepening your understanding of the breath and they provide you with a great wealth of practical information such as: ‘the art of processing the mind’, clarity on relationship dynamics, in depth schooling on the birth-specifics, clearing your personal lie, self-enquiry, and 'cracking your matrix'. In these trainings many different vital processes and disciplines are applied to support the breathwork that will increase your frequency and awareness as a side effect.
We advise you to start with the introductory training called Source-Basic. The Source-Intensive is the second course to complete and includes advanced breathwork in warm and cold water.
For the Source-Breathwork guide certification you'll also need to finish the third course: Source-Completion.
