During this 'mini-seminar' one will actually experience a Breathwork journey and learn about the basics of breathing and it's power in communication, clear any specific negatives to your full potential and specifically directed at learning how to relax, trust & expand intuition, being able to breathe continuously in a natural flow without holding the breath when in stressful situations, can cure sleeping problems and stimulates creativity and life-force.
